This is for use with MySQL, Oracle or MS SQL Server databases.
If you haven’t already installed v11.5.1 with this process, before installing this latest release, delete the lucene folder. This is located in a hidden folder named .ehelpdesk)

In 2022, the GroupLink and eHD End-User Subscription License Agreement (EULA) was updated to include reciprocal, beneficial protections for the licensee and the licensor regarding termination notice. (Minimum 8 month termination notice required before reducing subscription participation by either party… as each party recognizes the other’s up-front planning and investments needed. This updated benefit is effective for all subscription license participants using the technology on or after 1 July 2023.) This applies to and protects all GroupLink customers. ** Tomcat versions: This version of eHD has been developed to work with Apache Tomcat 9. Most previous eHD versions have worked with Tomcat 7, which has already reached its end-of-life (EOL). eHD v12.0.18 and beyond will no longer be compatible with Tomcat 7, as Tomcat 9 is the supported platform going forward.
