This is for use with MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle or MS SQL Server databases.
If you haven’t already installed v11.5.1 with this process, before installing this latest release, delete the lucene folder. This is located in a hidden folder named .ehelpdesk)

Known bugs to be fixed in v12.0.7 (est’d ETA Sept ’22): Drop-down custom fields will display correct content; Columns to be fixed to be resized on My Tickets screen; E2T will correctly process emails; Ticket template tickets will no longer give a 500 error; Category/Category Option will have option to be deleted; Location will update when contact is changed; Asset menu will stay open once it is clicked; Public filters will display when creating a new tab; Certificate based Authorization for Security Microsoft Email Configuration will be added; My Tickets tab will be able to be exported to pdf; Dark Mode visibility fields will be updated; Tickets will be able to be copied without error
