This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of our website and mobile applications.

 

If you use eHD on-premise, your use of eHD never gives GroupLink access to any of your personal information (i.e., your organization is on sole possession and control of any information in your eHD database). If you use eHD as a cloud-hosted service, your own organization’s administrators are the only ones who determine what personal information is stored in the eHD database. Your own organization’s administrators must be contacted to remove or edit such information. As long as your cloud instance is “active”, GroupLink has no access to your data. Once your cloud instance is deactivated, on your organization’s directions, GroupLink will delete, from the secure cloud servers, all your organization’s data, including all personal data contained therein. We will never use your personal information. The only use the eHD system has for any data which might be personal, is to use an email address as a login identity.

 

While using our website and mobile applications, we never ask you to provide us with any personally identifiable information (other than your login ID as an email address) that can be used to contact or identify you. Your own organization’s eHD administrators may request information of you. If such requests occur, please contact your own organization’s administrators with questions or concerns.

 

Your own administrators have total access to all the data contained within your eHD system. If you ever feel the need to remove your data (Personal Information) please contact your own organization’s administrators.

 

In the case of on-premise eHD systems, your own administrators have the only acceess to your Log Data. GroupLink does not. In the case of cloud-hosted eHD systerms, your Log Data contains system data (not personal data) and can be deleted at your organization’s administrators request.

 

We do not use your eHD data to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials or other information.

 

Cookies are files with a small amount of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a web site and stored on your computer’s hard drive. The eHD system does not use “cookies” to collect information.

 

The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

 

This Privacy Policy is effective as of Aug 2024 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.

 

We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy at any time and you should check this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Service after we post any modifications to the Privacy Policy on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Privacy Policy.

 

If we make any material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you either through the email address you have provided us, or by placing a prominent notice on our website.
