As of 1 January 2020 GroupLink everything HelpDesk (“eHD”) is licensed to new customers as an hosted solution, and these customers will only need a suitable internet connection with a modern browser to operate the full power of eHD.
For legacy on-premise customers who have questions about their eHD system requirements, please contact your GroupLink Customer Success representative directly.
